About me…

Currently working for Alaska Airgroup as a test architect, focusing on Quality Engineering Excellence. My role is driving testing services transformation with considerable consultative, strategic and tactical test planning. A practitioner and evangelist background, I focus on designing and leading testing solutions for complex heterogeneous IT environments, driving QA/Software Testing strategies, innovation and technology adoption across feature teams. I also manage a group of SDE’s and SDET’s for feature deliverables. 

While focusing on Quality Excellence, I also provide architectural solutions through Microsoft’s Azure Stack. I work with various development teams in providing guidance around design implementations with strong emphasis on SOA architecture. I foster a QDD (Quality Driven Development) approach starting with TDD then encompassing areas such as performance and security testing.

 I also have more than 15 years’ experience working for Microsoft Corporation in various groups and roles:

  • 7 ½ years as a Software Development Test Lead (Team Manager and Technical Leader)
  • 5 years within Customer Service Group/ISV (Independent Software Vendor Delivery Team) as an individual contributor /Technical Lead
  • 2 years’ experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test
  • 1 year as a Program Manager Test Lead (Team Manager)
